Blast From the Past - Part 17

Today we have a full View From Valehaven from March 1992. There are a number of really interesting bits herein such as the announcement that the View was going monthly, the announcement of a private council that was formed to lay out the rules for the Realms (the per-cursor for the Event Holder's Council), that there would be a distinction between Realms and Non-Realms events in the View, and a number of really good articles on eventholding, making garb, stories that are still relevant today.
