Happenings on the Emerald Path

A news and announcements section of what Realms players are doing outside of the Realms. If you know of any news feel free to let us know at aeaerlegray@gmail.com

Congratulations go out to Mr. and Mrs. Michael "Vuel" Durocher. Mike married Alisha Bunnell on September, 27th, in Northampton, MA. Other Realms community members involved in the wedding were Josh "Shandar" Learned who served as the best man, as well as Joe "Rillan" Sims, Chris "Jaha" Marques, and Ben "Slade" Grant who were ushers. Mike and his new bride are currently on a cruise honeymooning (post some time in Orlando. We wish them the best.

Welcome to the world to Sage Arthur Tetreault, the son of Marc "Ryu" and Levi "Yumi" Tetreault, who arrived on September 8th.

Henry "Guilliam" Giasson was promoted to the regional team leader of recruiting operations overseeing the Worcester and surrounding areas.

Congratulations to Johanna Newbold who graduated from the Life University College of Chiropractic. While Johanna hasn't come to Realms...yet ;) , we're particularly excited about this because her and her husband, View staffer, Alex "Lucas" Newbold have now moved back to New England!!  Congratulations Johanna and welcome home to the whole Newbold Family.

Congratulations to Karen "Brynn" Veale and Jared "McKry" Buzby.  Karen is a current Realms player and Jared is a former one (who still drops in occasionally). They both are also very active in the SCA. In fact, in September they became the Queen and King of the East. This is a super big deal and comes with lots of significant responsibilities. We know they will do wonderfully and wish them a prosperous reign.

Owen West performed in multiple roles in the play, "The Beams Are Creaking". It tells the story of Detrich Bonhoeffer, a Pastor in Germany who during WWII tried to kill Hitler and was hung for his attempts.  It ran from September 25th to the 27th at WPI's Little Theater.
