Cleaved Tournament - Queen of Hearts 22

A Queen of Hearts non-com tournament in it's second year of running. Each team is given a bag of mystery ingredients and an hour to cook us the best possible dishes they can! Entrants can use any of the ingredients provided in the mystery bags in any amounts, but can only ingredients from the bags. They are responsible for providing all of their own cooking equipment and utensils. This year, each team was allowed to place two entrants into the competition, with one person as the chef and one as a sous chef. All photos by View staff.

Breaded pork chop with a peach/raisin/ butter sauce, jambalya rice with sauteed shrimp and asparagus

 Breaded and fried porkchop, rice with tomatoes, shrimp, and oysters, grilled stuffed pepper with pork and rice and grilled asparagus, with a peach and cream chaser.
