Chocolate Truffles
Ingredients:
12 oz Milk or Dark Chocolate
⅔ cup Heavy Cream
½ tsp Vanilla
⅛ tsp Salt
Toppings:
Cocoa Powder
Nuts
Coconut Flakes
Powdered sugar
Etc.
Instructions:
Heat cream in the microwave or stove in a pot. We are warming the cream, not boiling! PLace your chocolate into the warm cream. Allow this to sit for 5 minutes and stir till chocolate is incorporated. Now you have a Ganache! Add in salt and vanilla.
Place this mix into the fridge to cool for 2- 6 hours. I know you wanna freeze to rush it but trust the process and let it go low and slow.
Remove from the fridge and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Scoop with a cookie scoop or spoon and create little balls!
Roll in desired topping.
