Blast From the Past - Part 5

Today we take a look at the Rrathchllwyn Notes from 1992.  This is a fascinating look back at our early days. I find it interesting that event prices have not really gone up much in the past 20 years. I also found it intriguing that they still required qualifications with weapon types at this time.
