Notice from the Court Mage of Chimeron
Hello, good people of the Realms!
All permits for illegal magics within Chimeron are required to be renewed.
Pre-existing permits will be valid for up to one year after King Orion’s Coronation, under the assumption that you will get the permit renewed with the Court Mage as soon as possible.
Given the new changes in leadership and court advisors, permit records need to be remade, so I am calling for a renewal on all existing permits to create a new registry. Per the law, the following magics have and will require a permit:
Summoning
Portals (Construction of planar gates)
Necromancy
Embrace Death will no longer require a necromancy permit moving forward.
My process will require physical signatures from both sides - as such, it is highly encouraged to find me during an event for discussing and obtaining permits, and I will only be engaging in these discussions in person until after Black & White. The events that I will be at during this time will include, but are not limited to:
Chimeron Questing XXX: Into the Felwood*
Rhiassa Presents: Queen of Hearts XXX
Black & White 2025
