Question of the Week - 67

If you could design a magic item what would it look like? What would it's powers and restrictions be?

  3. A monkeys paw
it can cast a seer type spell once per event (not subject to reset affects or time issues) but for each casting, it gives an npc from the releasing event holder a glimpse into the users life.

  7. I like meta items that don't simply grant a use of a spell.

I once released a Chaos Box. The owner would inform me that he was attending an event, and I would tell the magic marshal and the player what his spell list was going to be for that event. It changed every time and was random.

    Very polarizing.

I also like the idea of a lifegiving seed, that once charged with a raise, bestows that raise to its bearer the instant before the end of the event.
