Why do I want to go? It's an event!! I don't even mean it facetiously. With all the days stuck home due to snow, and a less than jam packed calendar I'd be excited to go to ANY event about now.
This one also happens to have some stuff for everyone. With a strong kitchen staff that includes 2014's winner of "best feast o'crat" and "best kitchen staff", they'll be making magic happen and whipping up some delicious food. Get ready to work for it though, everything will be served buffet style so don't expect to get waited on (and I believe this is one of the occasions to break out your feast gear for).
In addition to the food, another "big thing" will be the kick-off of the Order of the List Tournaments. Get a jump start on getting points for the season, or take advantage of the chance to square up against some of the best fighters in game who likely will be trying to (you learn a ton by fighting the best really! Enter even if you don't expect to win. You might surprise yourself).
Between Order of the List Tournaments and nomming the yummies, there will be lots of gambling and I'm looking forward to Malaki upping the Folkestone treasury balance too. Also expect other non-com games, a golden ticket raffle (bring those gold coins of the Realms), and a rumored to be event-filled court.
