[Editor's Note: I was not able to make the feast this year but Folkestone's desserts never disappoint. I was fortunate enough to get to sample the pumpkin cake truffles prior to the feast and I have to say they were amazing; the rest of the food was no doubt great because it always is, but I'd say if you didn't get to try those truffles because you weren't there, you definitely missed out! - J]
